However, as most of our products are so heavily personalised it is not always possible to return our products. This is why we go through an extensive proofing process. If you have any problem with a finished product please contact us to discuss as it is very important to us that you are satisfied with what you have received.


With any non-personalised item, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For personalised items returns are not usually appropriate but in extenuating circumstances replacements may be possible – although this will likely incur additional charges.

We do not usually request you to return all of an order that has been sent to you but in the event of a printing error we are unable to identify we may request that you send a few examples so that we can correctly identify the error.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
