How long will the whole process take?

Roughly a working week. We normally produce a proof the same day we receive your order. It may take a few proofs to make sure you are entirely happy with your design. This takes a few days but can be longer via post. Once approved we normally print your order and send out within 1-2 days.

Can you rush an order if necessary?

For orders needed for the day of the funeral we can work to tighter deadlines and the approval process can be conducted via email. Please contact us to discuss if you have a short time period to deal with and we will do our best to accommodate you. Note that if we have already made commitments we will not take on too much work as we never want to increase the risk of not delivering on time – but we’re always happy to discuss this as needed.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We have a suggested minimum order of 25 cards or 50 orders of service. This is advisable as the fixed cost of design, setup and delivery is a major proportion of the initial costs, but discounts are available for smaller quantities. Please contact us to discuss as required.

Can I order more in the future?

Yes. We will try to keep your designs on file forever. Extra copies can always be ordered and you will only pay for the cost per copy plus any delivery costs.

Can I visit your premises to discuss my order in person?

Yes, we are more than happy to discuss your requirements in person. Customers are welcome to visit us during normal business hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00 until 17:00 – but please give us a phone call beforehand to ensure that we can give you the attention you need.

Please note that we can be difficult to find as our postcode may take you to the wrong entrance. Better to find No. 41 Colney Hatch Lane and then our driveway is immediately to the left. Please phone if you need further instructions.



What are your delivery options?

N.B: If ordering via a Funeral Director it may be possible that they will pick up your order for you. Please discuss with your Funeral Director.

We can deliver anywhere in the UK mainland with the time periods set out below. Delivery to other areas of the world can also be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our regular delivery options are;

[1] Collection: If you are local you are welcome to collect your order from our premises.

[2] Royal Mail First Class: Should be delivered in 1-3 working days. If we are not returning photographs to you and time is not critical this is the most inexpensive option.

[3] Royal Mail Special Delivery: Delivery next working day before 1:00 pm, tracked. We will automatically use this delivery method to return your original photographs. If you need your order delivered the next day please specify this option. If we are sending your order and photographs at the same time we may send your photographs in a separate package.

[4] Courier: This is the only way that we can ensure same day delivery and is generally more expensive than next working day delivery. When time is critical, this is the best way to ensure that your order arrives promptly.
