What is the best way to contact you?
Some enquires, especially initially, can be easier to deal with over the phone but email can be more convenient if you have files to be sent at the same time.
• We can be reached via telephone on 020 8444 9721 Monday – Friday 9am until 5pm. You can also telephone outside business hours and leave a message which we will respond to as quickly as possible.
• You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time and we will endeavour to reply immediately within business hours, or the next working day if received out-of-hours.
When is the best time to phone you?
You may telephone us on 020 8444 9721 at any time during normal business hours.
Please note that our busiest days tend to be Mondays and Tuesdays, but feel free to call or email at any time.
When are you closed?
The only time our office is closed is on weekends, bank holidays and for two weeks at Christmas. You can still phone and leave a message or email us during this time but please note that we may be unable to answer until we return to the office.
What is the best way to pay you?
Where relevant it may be possible to pay via your Funeral Director. Please speak to them first and then we can liaise with them.
When paying direct, we accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card over the telephone, cheque, or cash. It is preferable for us if you can pay by bank transfer but we are happy to accept payment via any of the methods mentioned above.
When do we pay you?
Unless you are paying via your Funeral Director, we will only look to process payment once your order is ready to be dispatched. This is usually easiest to do via credit card over the phone but can be also be handled ahead of time via bank transfer or cheque, or in cash when collecting.
